Local search across Miami-Dade and its 34 cities

Miami SEO company from Brickell to Hialeah and Doral

Search for a dentist in Coral Gables, then in Hialeah, and Google comes back with two different sets of three businesses. A Miami SEO company takes those slots one city at a time, in the language the buyer types, then gets your name into the answer an assistant reads out.

Where calls land

Every search here returns three businesses. Yours, or theirs.

One of those three takes most of the calls, and the whole set changes every time you cross a city line.

  1. 01

    A profile Google believes

Hours, categories, service area, photos and the answers to what buyers ask before they call, filled in until nothing on the listing reads as missing.

  2. 02

    One page per municipality

Hialeah, Doral, Coral Gables and Miami Beach each return a different three. Sell to a city without giving it a page and you never enter its pack.

  3. 03

    Reviews, in both languages

Recency decides a lot inside the pack, and a review left in Spanish gets answered in Spanish. Three a month beat thirty collected in one week.

  4. 04

    Weight earned in the county

Google believes where you work when the mentions come from here: a chamber in Doral, a Florida trade body, a Miami newsroom, a county list.

First 90 days

What the first ninety days deliver.

Five stages, each with a deadline and something to read.

  1. 01

The free audit, in 24 hours

We read your Business Profile, your reviews and your site, work out who holds the three slots in each municipality you sell to, and ask ChatGPT and Perplexity who they name for Miami today.

  2. 02

    The profile and the citations

The Business Profile is rebuilt around the services you really sell and the municipalities you really cover. Then the name, address and phone are lined up across the directories Google cross-checks, in one spelling.

  3. 03

    The pages the county types

Then the pages: one for each municipality and each service, built on what people in that place type rather than on a template with the name swapped. English first, Spanish where the volume is there, Haitian Creole where it is there too.

  4. 04

    Reviews first, then authority

Your side keeps asking customers for a review. Our side chases the mentions and links that count inside Miami-Dade: the chambers, Florida trade bodies, the local press, and the lists already ranking for your service.

  5. 05

    One page a month

Where you sit in each municipality, how many calls and route requests arrived, how many forms, and which assistants named you when asked who to hire in Miami. That page sets the next sprint.

What Miami adds

Four things this county does to a local plan.

01

Miami is 34 cities, not one

Miami-Dade counts 34 incorporated municipalities plus an unincorporated area of more than a million residents, which would be the largest city in Florida on its own. The city of Miami holds 489,812 of the county's 2,802,029 people, on 36 of its 2,000 square miles. Hialeah alone counts 223,109, Miami Gardens 111,640, Miami Beach 82,890, Homestead 80,737, Doral 75,874. Each of them returns its own three businesses, so one page about Miami reaches almost nobody.

02

Two languages, not one

Spanish is spoken at home by 66.5% of the county and by 70% of the city, and French or Haitian Creole by 4.9%, the third language here, concentrated around North Miami. Those searches carry volume and intent, and almost no agency page on the first screen of results answers them. A hotel site we shipped in six languages took organic clicks up 307%.

03

Four economies, one county

Brickell holds the largest concentration of international banks in the United States, PortMiami is the busiest cruise port in the world, and the legal, medical and condo markets each run on their own queries. A metro of 6,457,988 people worth $533.674 billion in 2023 is not one keyword list: the page that sells a law firm in Little Havana will not sell a charter in Key Biscayne.

04

The price here runs 50 to 1

Search the term this page is written for and you get a map pack, two directories ranking the ten best, a jobs board listing eleven agencies, a downtown guide quoting $300 to $5,000, and an agency page priced between $1,500 and $15,000 a month. Ours are fixed and written here: $2,000 for the audit, about $1,600 a month, $150 for a single page.

Thirty-four cities, one county. Each returns its own three names.

A Miami SEO company puts you in the three businesses Google shows for a search made inside Miami-Dade, and in the shortlist an assistant reads when the same question is spoken. Four levers do it: a Business Profile Google trusts, a page for every municipality and service you sell, mentions earned inside the county, and copy written in the language the buyer types. It is the structure behind the Florida hub and its metro pages, and city pages built one by one for a property developer lifted leads from SEO by 104%.

What you will be told, and what we say.

Five questions worth asking any agency on this list, including this one.

The question What you hear Awilix
Which cities will I rank in? Miami covers South Florida. A page per city, built on its queries.
Will you write in Spanish? We put them through a translator. Written for the Spanish query itself.
What about Haitian Creole? Nobody searches in Creole. Checked for volume, pack by pack.
Will ChatGPT name me? That is not really SEO. Tracked monthly, engine by engine.
What does it cost? A figure once we have talked. On this page: $2,000 audit, $1,600 a month.

Software, people

What software does on a Miami plan.

Software covers the volume. A person decides.

It tracks the businesses holding each pack, follows your position city by city, drafts the local and second-language pages, and listens to what the assistants say when someone asks about your service here.

No page goes live before someone has read it against the municipalities you actually serve, the categories you belong in, and the jobs you are willing to take.

Questions from Miami

The six questions we hear most from Miami owners.

Six answers, no call required to read them.

It wins you one of the three businesses Google returns for a search made inside Miami-Dade, and a place in the names an assistant gives when that question is spoken instead of typed. Four lines of work get you there: a Business Profile complete enough for Google to trust it, a page for every municipality and service you sell, mentions and links collected inside the county, and copy written in the language your buyer uses. Keyword lists and technical fixes serve one of those four, or they are decoration.

An audit is $2,000, a monthly plan starts at about $1,600, a single optimised page is $150, and local Google Ads management is $500 a month. What moves your own number is how many municipalities you need, whether the pages exist in one language or two, your category, and the state of the site. The detailed quote follows the free audit within 48 hours. For comparison, the two results on this first screen that publish anything quote $300 to $5,000 and $1,500 to $15,000 a month.

There is no single best one, and most pages ranking for that question are directories that sell the position they publish. Four questions separate the real candidates: which municipalities will you build pages for, what do you do about Spanish and Creole searches, what lands in the monthly report, and what does it cost in writing. The questions that expose an agency's fluff covers the rest of the shortlist.

Weeks on the Business Profile and the first run of reviews, two to four months before the three map results change, and closer to six in a category as contested as personal injury, dental or med spa work here. Homestead or Palmetto Bay moves faster than Brickell, where a dozen complete listings already compete for the same slots. Positions, calls and route requests show up in the first monthly report, long before the pack settles. Nobody honest promises you the top three in ninety days.

No. Google weighs your own address and the area you serve, not the city where your agency keeps its desks. If sitting down with someone on Brickell matters to you, that is a fair reason to hire local, and what it buys is a meeting rather than a position. Awilix works with its Florida clients remotely: you deal with Jean-Romain, who runs the SEO and GEO work, and with the people doing it, never with an account manager who forwards your questions.

In Miami-Dade, Spanish usually yes: 66.5% of the county speaks it at home, and 70% inside the city. Haitian Creole is the county's third language at 4.9%, concentrated around North Miami, and no agency page on this first screen of results mentions it. The test is narrow in both cases: volume and intent for your service, pack by pack. Where they exist, the page is written for that search instead of pushed through a translator, which is the difference between ranking and existing twice.
